 25. Inlaks Scholarships (Indian): The Foundation has been awarding scholarships to deserving young
Indian since 1976. Few other foundations have, during this period, given as many scholarships in

2006 to provide financial support and increase the possibilities of Guatemalan citizens to access
high-quality postgraduate study programs abroad.
30. Ecuador Ama La Vida (Ecuador): Individuals who enjoy Ecuadorian citizenship rights who wish to
graduate at the third or fourth level can apply for a scholarship program and are able to
continue their training.
31. BECAS Chile (Chile): BECAS CHILE is a program under the Ministry of Education that aims to
insert our country in the knowledge society and give a definite boost to the economic, social and
cultural development of Chile.
32. Colfuturo ( Colombia): For Colombian students who are mastering a second language, even for
people who are going to study in a Spanish-speaking country.
33. FUNED (Mexico): FUNED has created a revolving fund with the support of different institutions
and organizations, such as National Monte de Piedad and CONACYT, which provides
reimbursable support to finance master's studies in one of the 200 best universities or the 100
best programs in the world based on international rankings.
34. The Fulbright Foreign Student Program: 

The Fulbright Foreign Student Program enables
graduate students, young professionals and artists from abroad to study and conduct research
in the United States.
35. Gionandrea Pugi Scholarship: The Gionandrea Pugi Scholarship program is providing renewable
scholarships of $5,000 to $10,000 to students of Italian descent who are pursuing studies in the
fields of medicine or biology. Applicants must be currently enrolled college undergraduates of
self-declared Italian descent, with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale). Eligible
applicants must be planning to continue full-time study at an accredited two- or four-year
college, university, or vocational-technical school for the entire 2019-20 academic year, and
must be enrolled in studies of biology or medicine (such as taking courses in preparation for
Medical or Nursing school.)
